I will explain how i finished the quest (it could be usefull for some of u)

So, enter the area
What you have to do now is really strategic
Tips:
You'll need to have heroes windows open, it will be helpfull in some cases
Regen everytime you've defeated a group...Be patient

When you enter, you'll see a group on the right and some on the left.
Don't rush on the right !
Flag your heroes and your henchies close to the door and wait till the left group come to you.Prepare Zhed with Meteor Shower

Here, and before group come to you, observe all monsters coming.They are all with word of madness, sometimes only one, sometimes two.(Randomly generated when you enter the area)
As we know rain of terror can do great damage, arm of insanity uses barrage and can protect themselves to create another one (it's more difficult to kill it than shadows, rains, words...) with "call to the torment" skill. Spears too have abilities to protect themselves

So, come back to fight, i've choosen to fight rain first to decrease damages on party, next i've kill word and in this order (group contains 6 monsters):
scythes/blades (they run and try to kill monks)
shadows (they crate some animate monsters but they are usually easy to kill)
arms
spears

After the first group defeating, go to the right but not too close...Choose to lure them with zhed to not aggro the other groups in the area...The right group contains only 4 monsters, and is easier than the first group.

After it, you'll see that the two groups in the center come and go an can join themselves.Wait till the left group goes to the west and pass the north group to fight them in the right corner

Defeat the second group

And there, come the really interessant tip, go to the spirit you see on the map, and cast Feast of Souls. In this case, the spirit will be destructed and quest will be updated.

Then go and take the north path, it will be easier than the west one

You'll find a group there, easy to fight

After it, go on...Again, you'll see two spirits on the right and two monsters group on the left.Don't kill spirits now !
Wait till the second group on the left goes and lure the group that stays on the right spirit.
Tip:Spirits are helpfull.They help you with chains

After defeating this only group, kill the two spirits with Fears Of Soul and wait till the demons go on the west path (no need to fight them in this case)

Follow the way to Razah
Here there are two solutions possible:
Fight the last group or run to Razah (you can flag your heroes to stay with this group when you goes talking to Razah)
In effect, by killing spirits before, Razah will send you to validate quest...No need to fight margonites, titans and shadows ^^

It took me 20 minutes to finish
